What goes up must come down.
Right now, I should be putting on my gym clothes and heading to the gym. But I feel kind of like I am zoning. I just want to lay around and stare at stuff. I'm too wiped out to do anything. But I ate my fair share of candy today so I must get going.
Today's Food Intake:
2 Whole Grain Eggos, with light syrup.
Coffee with Splenda.
Pumpkin Spice Latte, Grande Nonfat
1 Reeses Peanut Butter Cup
Mu Shu Grill Kung Pao CHicken StirFry with Brown Rice
2 Diet Cokes
Chocolate Eyeball with creamy center
4 individual Starburst
2 Laffy Taffy (Smalls)
Pretzels
1/2 Serving Mango Nakes Juice
SO many sugar carbs it's no wonder I am crashing hard right now. Duh. I need to buy some new energy-inspring I-Tunes, and maybe I will be in better mood to go run. Blah.
What's the alternative? Crack open a Fat Tire and veg in front of TV? Tempting indeed, but no... wedding is so close. I need to adjust this eating thing. God, why does candy exist? Everything else was totally forgivable... but all that candy!!!
Well, here goes nothing. I'm going to try..... and go ... to the... gym.

I went. 45 minutes cardio only, no lifting. But at least I burned a little of that candy!

Good job! Nice will power. By the way, when you're counting individual Starburst and not entire packs, it's just not that bad.

I'm going to have to agree with Kimberly here...Individual starburst and bite size taffies hardly count... but the sugar crash is hard to get past...
I started the caffine free diet coke for the evenings, to try to trick my body... I haven't given up the bite size reeses peanut butter cup balls, but the fake diet coke is doing pretty good. Maybe some sugar free candies around the house might do the same???

Yeah, my blood flows with artificial sweeteners. All over the place. Those stupid lattes are 300 calories.
